Whats Hot! Fall Fishing Gulf Shores, Alabama

Gulf Shores Inshore Fishing Reports

September 9th, 2015

As Gulf Shores weather cools down the Inshore Fishing will tend to get very hot at times. Under the right weather conditions such as just before a cold front, Speckled Trout and other species will feed heavy. The Bull Reds will be feeding hard as well as Slot Reds. We are starting to catch trout, flounder and redfish off the reefs in Mobile Bay. Fishing around the docks, marsh areas and River Inlets. The trout will hold in deeper waters when not feeding and move into the shallower waters when feeding. Look for showering bait fish. The Speckled Trout will be ambushing them in waters less than 6ft deep. Trout have started to hit the marina fish tables and its gust going to get hotter for the fall fishing season.
